Standard light is fine and really good, BUT you need to hold on high strobe button. The tactical switch just needs to before emergency and when pushed needs to be high bright and on high strobe. Medium strobe forget it. Holding button on in a confrontation is impossible.SureFire totally blew design of this light!!!! Matt
