Good build quality, terrible battery life - SureFire Stiletto Pro Multi Output Rechargeable Pocket LED Flashlight

If battery life matters to you, steer clear of the Stiletto Pro. Background: I bought the Stiletto Pro because of SureFire's reputation for stellar, if expensive, lights. I needed something tough, rechargeable, and with at least an hour of battery life at max output. The good news: This flashlight is well built. The bad news: The battery life is bad - really bad. At max output, I saw about 35 minutes, a little more than half of what SureFire promises. Annoyingly, the "fuel gauge" provided no warning that the light was about to cut output, going from max brightness to off with no warning. I'd forgive all this if the price was less than $100. But $200+? Sorry, 1 star.
