This is state of the art optics. I was able to distinquish individual stems of tall grass at 600 yds. Two blacktail does in a meadow at sunrise, looking towards the sun, and I was able to determine they were both antlerless deer. Scanning a ridge five miles distant discovered a dwelling I didn't know existed. This unit is worth every penny. Buy one and you'll never regret it.
