Z5 3.5-18 x 44 major faults - Swarovski Z5 5-25x52 Rifle Scopes - Plex, 4, Crosshair, BRX, BT Plex, BRH Reticle Rifle Scopes

I have a 5 year old Z5 3.5-18 x 44 which has problems. After checking the web it appears that this is a common problem with the brand. The parallax adjustment seized then came free....it felt as another user described "like it was galling". The other issue is the point of aim fluctuates and results in random shots 2-3moa irregularly from the aim point.

I returned the scope to the factory in Austria where it was tested on a secret machine and externally cleaned, then returned to me with the same faults. It appears the factory has the same belief as I do...there could not possibly be anything wrong with a scope of this quality and price....I hate to say it, but I think they have a failed product......and fail to recognise that....!
