Not metal. it's plastic - Switchview Sportsmans Magnification Adjustment Throw Lever

The description says it it anodized and when looking up the definition of anodized it would mean that this is a metal throw lever.(Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. Aluminum is ideally suited to anodizing, although other nonferrous metals, such as magnesium and titanium, also can be anodized.)

However, it is a flimsy plastic. I do not think it will hold up under anything other than casual use. I would send it back but have a match Saturday and needed one for that match.
