Not living in the People's Republic of California, I didn't NEED this. But, with a little modification, it has its uses.
I used this to ensure that I couldn't accidentally eject my Stern Defense Glock mag adapter. I like how I can still eject it if need be, though.
I filed the face down so it sits more flush with the lower, and it turned out to be a great solution for what i wanted.

- There are places in the US that things like this are REQUIRED
Best Used for:
- Deleting a mag release without really deleting it.
