Buyer beware - Tactacam Spotter LR Camera

I was happy to find a spotting scope camera that did not require inconvenient mounting hardware and difficult adjustments to get up and running quickly. However, to my dismay, I discovered that every picture and video I make with this camera has the company logo permanently embedded on the picture. What camera manufacturer does this or has ever done this before. Really do I have to have Tactacam stamped on every picture that I take? That is absurd. After awaiting 4 weeks for a response from Tactacam, I was told that the situation could not be remedied. If this neglect doesn't bother you, please proceed with your purchase.
