One boot has broken in pretty good. The other continues to hurt my heel. Noticeable difference inside each shoe along back of heel. I have placed pads inside the area. I used thicker socks. I have thought about using permanent adhesive and additional padding at the back of the heel. Boots look great and one is fine. Would love to know how to make it right .
