Poor workmanship misleading size - Tagua Gunleather Paddle Open Top Holster, Right Hand

First, my issue is not with Opticsplanet's great customer service.
The issue is with the holster itself.

1. I ordered this for my Ruger SP101 w/2.25" barrel. I selected the option for this barrel length. After a month of waiting I received a holster for a 3" barrel. I called Opticsplanet and it turns out their is only one product number for all SP101 barrel length. If you order the selection for 2.25" or 5" barrel, it does not matter. You will get a holster for 3" barrel. This probably would have not been a complete deal killer except:
2. The workmanship is poor. There was a huge gap between the paddle and the gun pouch. While properly wearing the holster, I attempted several times to draw my revolver. Each time, the holster came completely off my pants.

As a licensed firearms instructor and combat vet, there is no way I would ever use this holster.
Since Blackhawk refuses to make their wonderful Serpa Holster for the SP101, my search for a quality paddle holster continues.
