Seven prc's Review of Talley 740714 Med Rings & Base Set For Tikka T3
Well constructed and light but i didn’t like how they don’t grip the dove tail. They transfer all the stress through the screws. I would probably run them on a light scoped 270 but not a big magnum
Pros:

- Underbuilt for recoil
Best Used for:
- Low recoil cartridge with small scope
