A salesman/manager personally phoned me at home.(ALMOST UNHEARD OF THESE DAYS)He let me know the seat wasn't in stock, but would give me an additional 5% off.As the seat was already a great bargain, I was thrilled. The seat arrived a couple of weeks later. Brave Opticsplanet!!!
Pros: Comfy seat/hand grips
Cons: no backing under seat, foam only, needs plywood or metal
