This is a perfect quality item for a rimfire pistol and accessories. The quality is comparable to the price, but it is good quality for what you pay.

The fabric is all of good quality. The inner portion padding is good, the stitching is fine, and the velcro used for the magazine pouches is of better than expected quality. However, the zipper quality is of the inexpensive variety. They should work fine, but they are sure not to last or function like YKK or similiar.

The main pouch is VERY accomadating for my compact rimfire pistol and its holster. The two rear, unpadded, pockets are quite roomy aswell for other accessories, the magazine pouches have plenty of space for all common rimfire magazines and are stitched to several different widths to accommodate different size mags or accessories.

Overall, I say you get the upper end of quality considering the price, and it is perfect for your rimfire pistols and their accessories. However, considering the quality, it would be best to keep in mind the weight of what is kept in the case to ensure the longevity of the stitching and zippers.
