I placed an order (10947971) on March 6, 2018 for several items which were supposed to be in stock.
I received a partial shipment and every time I called to receive an arrival update, for the most important item, I was told that it would be another week or two. After many calls to OP, I finally received that last item on JULY 9TH! That’s four months of phone calls and false promises. What was done to make up for the aggravation, wasted calls, and lost time? Nothing!
Sorry to be so negative, but you shouldn’t sell items you don’t have in stock.
