I bought this for my DDI 12ga. As stated in the included instructions, it did require some filing to fit. Using just an aggressive rasp and some help from a Dremel sanding stone for the hard to reach areas, it took about 25 minutes to get it to fit.
It includes all the mounting accessories and is lightweight. With the three rail sections that it comes with, it allowed me to add a flashlight and fore grip. Overall, this is a great addition to my semi-auto shotgun.
