Since all of my shooting is 100 yards or less I felt the Tasco 20-60x60 would be more then sufficent to fill my needs for a spotting scope. My first visit to the range proved this feeling was accurate. The scope's power and clarity were more then adequate at the 100 yard range. Once I had the scope aimed at the group of targets using the 20x setting I just cranked it up to 60x, adjusted the focus and the targets were crystal clear. I fired a few .22 caliber rounds and the holes in the target were easy to spot. Based on the 100 yard results I'm pretty sure holes made with a .22 could still be seen at 200 yards but beyond that you're probably going to need a more powerful scope, at least with respect to viewing .22 caliber holes.
Pros: Very economical, good quality and easy operation
Cons: None
