The scope malfunctioned - Tasco 3-9x40 World Class Rifle Scope - deer and big game hunting 30/30 reticle DWC39X40N Rifle Scope

I mounted this scope on my CZ512 22mag rifle. I took approximately 8 shots attempting to zero it in and the cross hairs came loose inside the scope. I sent the scope back to Tasco which cost me $8 to ship and had to pay a $10 fee to Tasco to get it back after it is repaired or replaced. Tasco doesn't replace defective scopes free of charge. I guess made in China says it all, although I have owned a bunch of Tasco scopes over the years with no problems it is unlikely I will ever purchase another one.
