Excellent. Fit for M/L is very comfortable. I have OpsCore and PT A-Bravo bump/training helmets and the LPT is in a class by itself. I have had mine about two years now, using it for instruction and training. The padding is first rate, the retention system positive and easy to adjust, and the pre-molded optic mount securely attaches my pvs-14 rhino horn. I would recommend getting a counter weight if you are going to mount your nod, this is a light helmet and even though adjustment is easy, having a counter-weight reduces my jaw fatigue from tightening the chin strap to correctly position the nod occular. I can wear this helmet all day without any discomfort, which I can't say about the other helmets I own.
