Nagler 11 eyepiece - TeleVue Nagler 11.0mm Type 6 Eyepiece EN6-11

I was a bit nervous spending almost $300 for an eyepiece but had heard so many good things about the Naglers that I had to try. I matched the 11 mm Nagler to a Televue 76, and used it alone and in combination with the Televue 2.5X Powermate. The views of the moon and Jupiter were breath taking. I was able to see multiple bands on Jupiter, and 5 of its' moons - this despite poor viewing conditions! The lunar views were truly 3D. With the 82 degree field of view, it wasn't necessary to adjust the telescope often which cannot be over rated! I am thrilled with the Nagler and will be purchasing more of them.
