I bought this bag and took it out for the first time opening day (of an 8-day season). Went to put my coat in the bungees and one pulled right out! Very poor feature design if you can't use it for its intended purpose. Now I have to send the bag back during the season and wait for a replacement. Based on only one use, this was the only issue I've had - but, again, I only got to use it once. Also, Tenzing doesn't field support calls - their website just gives an email address. So, I have no reassurance that this wasn't a production fluke. This leaves me concerned that the exact same thing may happen with the replacement.
