Hit or miss - Tetra Gun ProSmith Rifle Rods .22 Caliber 36 Inch 915C

I ordered 2 of these - A 22 cal and 30 cal. They do not run on ball bearings like some of the more expensive ones. The 30 cal still works fine, but the 22 cal did not spin freely when the screw that holds the handle on is tightened. I was able to fix the 22 cal with a dremel by removing a small amount of material from the handle.
