The crinkly sound I can live with (though I hear it tones down after some use). The material and build is top of the line. The comfort level is something I dont like. I mean, it’s OK..but its not sleeping on a bed. In a pinch I would use this on its own , but if im not needing to backpack to a site then I would for sure bring another pad for comfort sake. Though hiking, yea, good..Great! For regular car camping, no good, not great. Bring another pad to accommodate your sleep system if you can.
