Andy's Review of Timney Triggers Alpha Competition Trigger

Install was fairly easy. Watched a few different videos to get an idea of what I was doing. After a few minor errors I have it installed and the trigger pull is 2.5-3 lbs. Probably to light for an EDC but perfect for target shooting at the range. Definitely helps with the accuracy on a .40 cal.
Pros:
  • Light trigger pull.
Cons:
  • To light for a duty gun unless you're very confident in your trigger control.
Best Used for:
  • Target shooting
