Timney trigger for savage axis/edge - Timney Triggers Savage Axis/Edge Trigger

I installed the trigger on my AXIS a couple weeks ago and set it to 3.8 LB on the pull gauge. Original trigger was at 6.4 LB and very gritty/sketchy. Hit the range this last weekend. Total improvement. Crisp and a totally awesome feel. Put 30 rounds out and the trigger performed flawlessly. My groupings improved and felt much more at ease during the session. My wife handles her own Axis and shot a few rounds and was equally excited. I will have to purchase another for her rifle now as she demands my trigger!
