Started to double. - OpticsPlanet Exclusive Timney Triggers Calvin Elite AR Triggers, 1.5lb Pull, Small Pin

I have had this trigger in my custom-built Mega Arms 308 AR-10 for a couple of years and hundreds of rounds. Up until my last outing I loved it. On my last hunting trip, I was checking my zero before going out as I always do and my rifle started to double on every shot. I had to go to my backup rifle for the day as there was not enough time to look into the issue. That evening I took the trigger out and looked it over. I could find nothing visibly wrong. It was spotless clean, lightly oiled and everything looked tight and properly aligned. I thoroughly cleaned, re-lubed, and re-installed it. I took it back to the range and shot about ten rounds through it without any further issues. I also killed several hogs with it during the rest of my hunt without any further problems. I don't know what caused this or if it will happen again. Hopefully, this will be the end of the problem but I have lost some confidence in the trigger. I'm going to continue to use it for now but if it does it again I'm done with it. I have also found several posts online with others having this same problem with the Calvin Elite in an AR platform. This is a great trigger when it works but there seems to be a problem with some doubling from time to time.
