Timney two stage installed in a ruger american gen ii - Timney Triggers Two-Stage Replacement Trigger for Ruger American Centerfire Gen II

Installation is very straightforward, I spent more time adjusting, and with a trigger pull gauge than the install. I would highly recommend a 5/64 punch, but the 1/16 punch I had did fine. The first stage adjustment has a narrow window, and each stage adjustment affects the other. My reason for not rating it at 5 stars is the trigger has some wiggle side to side. The break does feel very well… almost a hydraulic feel to a clean break. I prefer a two stage trigger, and this feels better to me than the factory one stage, however the factory trigger is impressive with a glass break.
