Mounted a 5x20 accupoint on a M1A with the fourth gen springfield mount. The standard height put 50mm obective just high enough to still use the open sites under the gen 4 mount. Like the larg head TORX screws and the big nut on the cross bolts. Heavy duty stuff for a life time of mounting and remounting various optics.
Pros: excelent fit a finish. Very secure mount rings.
Cons: Cost...
