Fantastic scope - Trijicon ACOG 3.5x35 Scope, Dual Illuminated Red Horseshoe/Dot M249 Ballistic Reticle, 9.0MOA RMR Sight

bought this for my LaRue tactical predatOBR 5.56... the RMR allows you to shoot open eyed and just place the dot on the target while still seeing the full field of play.

the red horseshoe and optics are clear and precise out to 350 yds (I have not had the opportunity to test it at longer distances but imagine it would be reliable on a 5.56 out to about 500 yds with proper ammo) I would normally go to at least a 7.62 or .300 Win around the 350 yrd mark for knock down power and less bullet drop.

The scope is rugged and I see why they choose it for its durability... which is something that is needed when hunting in the backwoods
