3 months after purchase (and after only about 200 rounds fired atop an AR15), problems started to occur. RMR's red dot kept randomly disappearing and appearing with the vibration of firing the gun. Unit was sent back to Trijicon, who repaired the unit by "cleaning contacts." Unit was returned to me but the problem was unchanged! I am so frustrated with the poor quality and defective nature of this expensive product. Trijicon should have just replaced the unit, with this kind of malfunction occuring with the product practically just out of the factory. Have contacted Trijicon again, awaiting their response. :(
