The Trijicon ACOG Thumb Screw Assembly - RCO-M150 works great. I was able to securely attach my ACOG to the carry handle of my Colt M4. The Trijicon ACOG Thumb Screw Assembly - RCO-M150 also enabled me to keep the overall height of the ACOG lower as I did not have to add a rail assembly.
