A cheap fix by trijicon - Trijicon RMR Mount for 4x ACOG Rifle Scopes

The worst customer service. I bought a TA31f, Rm38 mount, and RMR. Do not ever buy this set up individually. Trijicon says its the same, but it s not. I have a problem with their cheap mount not fitting properly, it looks like crap and I can t even get the eye caps on now. It s their fault for not machining the mount properly. Cheap solution, they really dropped the ball on this one I spent $1600 on this optic. For how much they charge for their products they should really have made this right. Horrible customer service. The guy couldn t care less about my issue and said there is nothing they can do. They wouldn t even refund me for the eye caps that won;t fit now because of their shotty mount, even thought they are trijicon eye caps. Extremely unhappy with this and will NEVER spend this kind of money again nor do I recommend anyone else. Buy EOTECH! Much better quality for your money.
