Great sight!!! - Trijicon RMR Nickel Boron Dual Illuminated Sight - 12.9 MOA Green Triangle

I really didn't know what to expect when I ordered this optic, but the sale price was just too good to pass up ....My expectations were blown away when it arrived... I absolutely love this dot sight. I owned Eotech, and other Trijicon models in the past, but the overall size, weight, and design of the RMR makes it the perfect close range system, in my opinion.... Now for the details !!
color... The best I can describe the color is that it reminds me of a used nickel boron BCG... not bright and shiny, but somewhat more flat nickel, I was very well pleased..
Use in dark conditions... I was very surprised that I could clearly see the reticle when moving into a dark room...I thought this would be a negative aspect of this system, meaning battery free would require trading off low light usability .... I literally didn't even need to allow any time for my eyes to adjust, and could transition from light to dark, and still see the dot clear enough to be accurate if needed .... This was a huge plus in my opinion....
Size....The compact design of the RMR is just perfect.....
Design....Just holding the RMR prior to mounting really leaves the impression of quality... This thing just feels tough and solid!!!!

These are my initial observations of the RMR.....I would, and plan on purchasing others in the future...... TWO THUMBS UP!!!
