This is a simple addition to your Trijicon Reflex if you desire to use Iron sights and your Reflex in combination. The spacer raises the Reflex up 1/8" so the reticle is in line with the iron sights for precision shooting and you can easily go to fast mode by simply flipping the rear sight aperture forward to take full advantage of the both eyes open CQB shooting.
