This product is not ready for commerce. - Trijicon Flip-Caps TX16 for TriPower Sight

Opcits Planet has been supportive on this matter and they have been working with their supplier to address some of these concerns but even after their great efforts, this does not work as expected.
Complaints one by one:
1. First of all, this is a single cap (objective end), not a set. The package does not include a cap for the eye piece.
2. As far as I can tell, nobody makes a flip-open cap in the right size for the 30mm eye-piece. So the above is not easily solved.
3. The cap will not fit the scope if you are using the original mounting ring provided by Trijicon on a full length accessory rail.
In the end, if your situation is as described in point #3, you simply can't use this (Trijicon "original") cap.
If you have a different arrangement that allows you to use it, then you still have to find something for the eye piece and good luck with that.
I have been and I still am a big fan both of Trijicon and Optics Planet and I plan on keep buying from both, but the ball was dropped on this one.
Pros: None so far.
