Was pretty excited about this purchase. What's not to like about carbon fiber? This thing came out of the box with delamitnations, and the top picatinny rail is insanely sharp and has splintering on the edges. Again this is right out of the box... Didn't even bother to look further and started making phone calls. Troy claims 6.56oz. This one weighted in at 7.4oz. No biggie there, but the delaminations and splintering can't be over looked. Sad because this thing could be really nice. Looks awesome. No fault to OpticsPlanet on this one. Unfortunately had to send it back for refund due to poor quality control from Troy. Luck of the draw on this one because others have had positive experiences with this product.
