Absolutely love this item. Had a carbine length first on my M4 clone but needed another for my middy si here we are. The 4 locking screws really give this a nice solid fit as well as the tension block which presses against barrel for an even more solid lock in. Cheaper than KAC and comparable in function and style. Why pay 250+ when for 130 you can get basically samilar minus a heat shield. NOTE* You must have a triangle style end cap for this to fit your rifle. Now MI makes a similar handguard but I prefer the Troy due to securing hardware. The MI brand is just a straight drop in style no screws or tension block.
