Fit is great - thanks to stretch waistband, and the fabric is tough. I use mine in a lot of 3-gun events and they are very comfortable. The stone color shows a bit more dirt but is the coolest pair in hot summer heart and they wash clean without issues. I'm very glad I purchased these vs the 5.11
