Almost perfect - Tru-Spec Trek Sling Backpack, 12x8x10.5in

I really like this bag. I had purchased an Elite EDW bag that was built very well and worked just fine for holding my CCW but, it simply was so small it could not hold much more than my GLK43. The size of this bag is great. Has 3 options/pockets for holding my GLK43. There is this great hidden pocket on the front side of the bag but, it is sort of small for carrying even my rather small GLK43 so i usually use one of the other interior pockets made for the CCW. The strap is nice albeit a little long in length. Yes, the strap is adjustable in length but, i prefer it to be a little shorter so there is not too much extra strap hanging or dangling front he bag. I may try cutting some of the strap so the length is a little shorter. This bag really is the like a perfect "mini" backpack i was looking for and the single "sling" style strap works perfect. i purchased other bags that were either too small or too big. This size is great for holding more than just your CCW. The bag has a great assortment of interior and exterior pockets and really nice elastic straps in the interior pockets for securing anything from extra mags, pocket knife, pens, flashlight, etc. The reason I only give it 4 rather than 5 starts is the zippers They are quality zippers but not quite as nice as those found on the Elite bags. The zippers work but, are not quite as simple to open and close as some other quatlity zippers out there. I find that sometimes i have to use one hand to hold the bag near the zipper and the other hand to open the zipper and if the zippers were a little easier to articulate/open/close then i would be able to do that with one hand. Not a deal breaker but, i would like this bag with slightly nicer technical style zippers. The bag seems to be made of strong denier nylon material and there are no flaws in construction quality. Overall, i really like the functionality, size, and quality of this bag.
