Barrel hood wear under 50 rounds - True Precision Glock 43 Threaded Barrel, 1/2x28

I recently purchased this gold tin model for my g43x & while using it the finish on the barrel hood started coming off within 50 rounds of suppressed fire. An extreme amount of finish came off. I also lube the gun slide & barrel before use. The barrel shot well but the coating is not living up to its hype. I wish i could attach the pictures.
