Stay away from this product and company... - TruGlo Red-dot Dual, Red-Green Sight 5 MOA Dot

I purchased this sight with big expectations for my newer .300 AAC BLACKOUT. When it first arrived i was immediately i was excited packaging was great. so i put it on a quick release sight plate. Then put it on the blackout lol then loaded up range bag snd took off lol didnt take me long to get it sighted in at all was actually impressed so i put in a fresh clip and within the first 7 rounds i started to noticed that it was off to the left so i took my time and inspected it and tried again . This time was perfect for 12 rounds then i noticed that this time it was inches off ( way high n to the left) so i stoped and immediately grabed my back up magpul quick release (BRND NEW IN PACKAGE) and now this time i immedately noticed that it dial part was almost falling apart. I COULD AND STILL CAN SEE SPRINGS JUST HANGING THERE NOT EVEN FUNCTIONING. Then the REAL PROBLEMS STARTED TO ARISE so i took it off and put back in original packaging and started to use my buddys sig romeo5.... so next day i contact optic planet told them about the problems i had first time i used it... THEY STATED THAT THEY COULDNT HELP ME AND I HAD TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER .... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 100% RUDE AND SEEMED NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING AT ALL. So i contact them right away. After 2 weeks past i finally get a response stating " DUE TO YOU NOT PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM THEM THEY RECCOMEND CONTACTING OPTICS PLANET. So i did and was told they cnt help me with a refund or even an exchange since it was after the 30 days so i asked them why didnt they just help me with an exchange the first time i contacted you about this and of course NO ANSWER WAS TOLD SORRY SIR .... IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP U WITH... LOL ive never as a customer had been given the run around by BIG NAME DEALERS OR MANUFACTURER.... so now it just sittting in the box it came in. I cant exactly give it anyone let alone sell it when the product thats supposed to be GUARENTEED is nothing better than a paper weight and a waste of money ..
