Complete letdown - TruGlo TFX Pro Taurus Millennium G2/709 Slim/740 Slim Front and Rear Sight Set, Orange Accent

I ordered this product for my Taurus PT111 Millennium G2 and it came with the wrong front-sight screw. I contacted TruGlo and they confirmed that it was indeed the wrong screw. They offered to send me a new one for free, but it took roughly THREE WEEKS to arrive, and when it finally did arrive, it turned out that the screw was TOO LONG. I contacted them again about it, so they offered to send me yet another screw...after waiting TWO WEEKS I called them to check on the order of the screw and they told me it was finally sent out "yesterday" and that it was a Glock screw...which doesn't actually fit in my firearm (the Glock screw was the one that originally came in the package, and I tried it - it didn't work).

Because of how long it took TruGlo to get me new screws and to finally confirm that these sights just weren't going to work for me, it surpassed the amount of time allotted by Optics Planet for a return/refund. Fortunately, however, the kind people at Optics Planet agreed to help me out on this one and let me return them for a refund.

I will never buy anything from TruGlo again due to their poor customer service and their complete lack of care about their products, and I will never in good conscience recommend TruGlo to anyone.

I really hate that it went down like this, because I was really excited about these sights.
