The sight quality is top of the line. The issue is that the length is too long and will hang over the back end of the slide. Without mounting it you can just line it up and notice the the overhang. I had also come across a pic of a customized M&P Shield 9 with the TFX mounted with this problem. I returned the sight in 100% condition. I will probably go with Trijicons.
