commandZee's Review of TruGlo Tritium Pro Handgun Sight Set for Sig Sauer 8/8

I've installed several of these on one Glock and some older Sigs in the past two years. They're the best bang for the buck with the most features at this current price. I've never had any issues installing them with a sight pusher and even just a brass punch and bench vice on the rear dovetail of the Glock. They have a rear set screw for additional security but even without it they fit tightly in the slides' dovetails. The rear sight's forward slanting top edge is a nice feature and has actually come in handy to forcefully racking out some jammed out-of-speck snap caps off the edge of a wooden table. Its best feature is its thick front white outline and blacked out serrated u-notched rear; combined with the sights being a tiny bit taller then stock they make the front sight very easy to pick up and aline under all lighting conditions where the tritium isn't visible. In my opinion, they're easier to see than the similar Sig X-ray night sights and the Glock factory night sights. I haven't had them very long and only use can really prove their durability, but so far the tritium is very bright with no signs of premature dimming, the finish is holding up well, and they have never drifted out of alignment. If I encounter any issues and this model is still available here I'll update my review accordingly.
