These are good night sights; however, the factory sights are better for dim to day light. Perhaps, it is not fare to knock off the stars, but I really expected these to work equally well for both night and day. My mistake, do not repeat it. Please also keep in mind that you really need to go to a gunsmith to install the front sight (unless you have the model specific sight press and know how to use it).
