Tg8030dbr-demo: truglo irm red dot sights 30mm camo - TruGlo Red/Green Reflex Sight w/Remington Mount

If you own a Remington shotgun and you are considering a red dot you have to give this serious consideration (especially if you do not have a rail or any other way to mount a scope). I actually love these and have 2- one black one on my 870 express rifled barrel deer (brush) shotgun and just recently installed the camo one on an American Turkey Federation edition of an 1187. I own several Aimpoints and have used many other much more expensive red dot aiming devices and I must say that if you want to put a 5 MOA red dot on a remington shotgun you can't find a better set up for twice the price. I have bushnells that are price comparable and come with smaller MOAs but you need to buy rings and a rail to get them on (so they cost more). This thing takes 5 minutes to install and can be patterned in about the same amount of time. It would be nice if they had differnt reticle choices like a dot with a circle for turkey or 2 MOA for rifled sluges but then they would cost more. What I can't tell you is how well they will work 5 years from now but they seem pretty solid.
Pros: great price, easy install, solid construction, choice of red or green,works well
Cons: 5MOA, no choice of reticles
