Information in this manual is 32 years old. It will have no info on new techniques such as QuikClot clotting agent or new tourniquets now available, not to mention new medical no no's.
The manual's date IS on the cover, but you can't read it due to ad sizing. I think OpticsPlanet should be ashamed of themselves for not making it clear the manual was published in 1982 and WITHOUT further updates or revisions. I have never felt so screwed by a retailer as I do about the purchase of this book.
The modern equivalent of thinking you are buying a nice box of high performance ammo and opening the package and finding a handful of black powder, a hunk of lead and a couple of flints (unknapped), lol.
