Can't be mil spec. It does not fit properly on bolt or charging handle channel. It makes the bolt not go home completely and even when it does pulling the bolt back is impossible.i have to pry the bolt it self back to unlock handle to be able to pull bolt all the way back. I put mil spec back in and works fine
