I have one on a 6.5 grendel AR 15 that works great, no issues whatsoever.
The other model for the AR 10, the hole for the gas tube/key deformed after a few rounds causing friction in the action and not allowing the bolt to chamber by charging handle. This was an aero precision m5 upper and bolt as well.
