Most Helpful Positive Review Crisp trigger low creep
Budget FCG needs very little work to feel like a $200 trigger. I did change to a lighter spring set to get to 3.5 lbs. Recommend for the guy wanting to play with a trigger to hoan your build skills! Also, for the person that is on a low budget.
Most Helpful Negative Review Bad Product, but Good Customer Service Response
I originally wrote a 1-star review due to a small blob of metal in the disconnector hole that prevented the pin from going through. Trybe reached out to me and offered a replacement or refund, so because of that response, I changed the review to three stars. I appreciate a company putting in effort...

Trybe fire control group

Great for the price point. Has a good feel, not a light pull but better than the mil spec I replaced.

Great for the price

by De, Verified Owner from AZ, United States Written on May 2, 2025
Its a standard FCG that works on an AR-10. Its great because it reasonably priced. Its comparable if not exactly the same as any standard trigger parts for an AR. Only issue I didn't like is the that product comes in a small, thin ziplock like bag. There were a few holes in the bag where the spring or pins could easily fall out.
Pros:
  • Price
  • Quality
  • Install
Cons:
  • Poor packaging

not cut well

Bad tolerances, won’t allow to go from safe to fire and back at times and varying hammer strike strengths

Great Product

Great parts for the money. Can’t find a fire control group cheaper than this. Good quality as well. Have bought a few of these and will buy more. Easy to use and put together in a lower that’s missing the fcg. If you need a good fire control group, this is your best bet! Shipping was on time and worth the extra cost.

Product worked out great and seems to be good quality. Installation was easy and trigger pull is crisp. I would recommend this product to a friend and I have already bought another one for an upcoming build.

not the best by far

by jd, Verified Owner from FL, United States Written on February 25, 2022
Trigger is not spec, I had to polish the hammer sides and drill out the disconnect so the pin would fit great learning experience
I now know not to buy any tube products in the future hopefully someone will learn from these reviews and stay away

Junk parts

by hunting101, Verified Owner from IA, United States Written on January 6, 2022
First off the trigger was machined too wide for lower so I had to polish each side of it pin hole to fit properly and so it would release trigger back to set position.
2nd hammer is machined wrong and hole would not line up for pin to fit in hole. Trybe needs to stop making parts if they are not going to make them to spec. I have built several lowers now with other brand parts from cmmg, rock river, etc and have never had or seen any issue like this before. Don't waste your money and time on this kit. Its not worth it

I had to hand fit the hammer.

by Romenoodles, from IA, United States Written on November 19, 2021
Where the hammer met the disconnector was well out of spec. I'm pretty good with my hands and was able to grind off and polish to length for good fitment. But that's just ridiculous especially in a wilson combat lower so it's not out of spec.
Pros:
  • My polish job feels good,I'm getting better
Cons:
  • Basically the whole experience lmao
Best Used for:
  • After a decent gunsmith does extensive fitment work.
