Did not come with bcg and charging handle like it said it would - TRYBE Defense AR-15 .300 Blackout Upper Receiver

First off it says 2 or 3 times in the description that it comes with mil spec BCG and charging handle and it didn't and that's the main reason i bought this particular upper. Second off i put this upper on 3 different lowers i have with the correct charging handle and it failed to cycle every single time on every one of them. I guess you get what you pay for.
