Beware of the tin coating - TRYBE Defense Glock 22 .40 S&W Match Grade Non-Threaded Pistol Barrel

This was my first TiN barrel ever. The finish is quite strange. It is not rough by any means, but has a high friction coefficient feel to it even when rubbed with lubricant. I don’t know if this is relevant to the fact that rounds hang up on the feed ramp and barrel hood regardless of bullet profile with every round. This barrel is useless for me now on an otherwise 100% reliable gun proven with a variety of aftermarket barrels. Recently bought a Trybe Black nitrided barrel for a G20 and had absolutely no issues. I have to believe that Gold TiN coating has something to do with this abject failure.
